Sutton Foster won the Tony Award for best actress in Anything Goes. Star Search was her first television appearance when she was just the age of fifteen. She then appeared in Bunheads and Psych as well as Johnny and the Sprites and Flight of the Conchords. As a solo artist, Sutton has performed across the country in addition to internationally together with her musical director Michael Rafter... with songs from her debut solo CD "Wish" along with the follow-up CD "An Evening with Sutton Foster: Live at the Caf Carlyle." Sutton Foster has graced the stages of Carnegie Hall, Feinstein's, Lincoln Center's American Songbook series, Joe's Pub among others. Sutton Foster was awarded an honorary doctorate degree from Ball State University in 2011. She also serves on the faculty of Ball State University as a dance teacher and adviser. She has been starring in TV Land's "Younger" produced by Darren Star, since March 2015.
